SOS Community Services collects personal information from service recipients, all of whom receive a copy of the agency's privacy policy when they enter SOS programs.
Some of the personal information we collect may be required by law or by the organizations that give us money to operate our programs.
Other personal information we collect is important to run our programs, to improve services in our community and to better understand what services are needed.
We only collect the information that we consider to be appropriate for those purposes. Read the entire HMIS Privacy Statement for more details.
If you are a recipient of SOS services and have any questions or concerns about this, or if you did not receive a copy of our privacy policy, please talk to your case manager, facilitator or other service provider.
